How to come up with a workout:

Step 1)  Select that move that is either thought of as a joy or an abomination
Step 2) Make it heavy so everyone feels only the latter
Step 3) Select a second move that is either thought of as a joy or an abomination
Step 4) Put enough of them in the WOD so that everyone feels only the latter
Step 5) Select a simple movement enjoyed by all that will make the first movement harder
Step 6) Enjoy
